Click "New Request" that is on the top right of the page.
On the "New Request" page, click "Market request".
Step 1. Describe your request
Please select the most suitable category of your request. Fill out the blanks on the page to explain what is the request about. You must not forget to fill the blanks which are marked as red asterisk. Please write as much as details to give better understanding to translators.
In the result form blank, you can just indicate in simple with the filename extension. For instance, you can just write as “.xlxs” in case of an Excel file, “.docx” in case of a Word file.
After setting a deadline of application and completion, you have to set the number of translators. Be sure that the maximum number of translators is 10.
Choose the budget, which fits most regarding your request. The final compensation for the translators will be decided via negotiation between you and translators.
As a final step, You can choose the language pair you want, and please upload files for translation.
Step 2. Negotiation for price
Your request will be reported to the appropriate translators.
For those who are interested in your request, they may apply. Also, you can view the details of applicants.
Click the Detail button.
You can negotiate with applied translators about your request and compensation, who can match your demands. You can discuss directly with translators via the comment box as above.
Click Proceed with contract button to move to the next step.
Step 3. Payment
In Contract Information box, you can see the basic information about your contract.
Click the Checkout button.
Click the Pay by Paypal button, and please continue your payment procedures.
After the payment, the translators will start their job.

Step 4. Feedback
After the submit the translated result, if you have any question or want to give feedbacks to the translators about the finished work, you can contact with them through comment directly.
