Click "New Request" that is on the top right of the page.
On the "New Request" page, click "Market request".
Step 1. Describe your request
Please select the most suitable category for your request. Fill out the blanks on the page to explain what the request is about. You must not forget to fill in the blanks which are marked with red asterisks. Please write as many details as possible to give a better understanding to translators.
In the result form space, please indicate simply the filename extension. For instance, you can just write “.xlxs” in case of an Excel file, “.docx” in case of a Word file.
After setting a deadline for application and completion, you have to set the number of translators. Please note that the maximum number of translators is 10.
Choose the budget, which most fits your request. The final compensation for the translators will be decided via negotiation between you and them.
Finally, you can choose the language pairs you want, and upload files for translation.
Step 2. Negotiate price
Your request will be sent to the appropriate translators.
Those who are interested in your request may apply. Also, you can view the details of applicants.
Click the Detail button.
You can negotiate with the translators about compensation and accept those who can match your demands. You can discuss directly with them via the comment box as shown above.
Click the Proceed with contract button to move to the next step.
Step 3. Payment
In the Contract Information box, you can see the basic information about your contract.
Click the Checkout button.
Click the Pay by Paypal button, and please continue your payment procedures.
After the payment, the translators will start their job.

Step 4. Feedback
After the submission of the translation, if you have any question or want to give feedback to the translators about the finished work, you can contact them through comment directly.
